Cancellation Policy

- Any appointment cancelled on or after the 48 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service. - Any no-call no-show appointments will be charged 100% - If you are going to be more than 15 mins late depending on the service it will be cancelled and a deposit will be required for a future appointment. - A deposit will be required for all new color appointments and All deposits are non refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48hr window I understand life happens and sometimes we need to move appointments around. I am happy to reschedule any existing appointments- just send a text with your availability and I will do my best to accommodate your new appointment request.
